About
About OperatorSignal
Stop missing calls and no-shows. Neutral buying guides for the tools that run your front desk.
OperatorSignal tracks AI, automation, and operations news from a curated allowlist of official vendor blogs, changelogs, and feeds, then explains what each update means for the people who actually run small offices โ dental and medical practices, trades, salons, and other local service businesses.
Editorial policy
We are an aggregator, and we are deliberately compliance-first. For every update we publish:
- Summaries are original. We write our own short summary and operator takeaway. We do not reproduce source articles or copy their wording beyond a brief attributed excerpt where permitted.
- Every item links its source. The original publisher is named and linked so you can read the primary source and so they get the credit and the traffic.
- Humans review before indexing. Ingested items are drafted automatically but stay private until a person reviews them. Only items judged genuinely useful and on-topic are marked for search indexing; thin or off-topic items are kept out.
- We aggregate metadata, not full text. We store titles, links, dates, and short excerpts only โ never scraped full-article bodies.
How to read a page here
Each update gives you a plain-language summary, an operator takeaway (why it matters for your front desk or workflow), and a link to the original. Browse by topic or see the latest in all updates.
Corrections & sources
